Apply these to your eyes for an all-new you!

Cucumber Coolers
Before going to sleep, give your eyes the gentle cucumber treatment. For this, you will have to keep the cucumber in a freezer for an hour, and then cut two thick slices and put them upon your eyelids for about half an hour.

Smooth Complexion
Whip some fresh cream or malai, tomato juice, lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric together, and massage with an upward circular movement under your eyes. This will help reduce and finally banish those bags from under your eyes, as massage stimulates blood circulation and perks up the skin around the eyes.

Exercise is the key to a healthy heart. When you do aerobics you work up a sweat, which helps clear up the dark circles and the ugly puffiness from under the eyes.

Count Sheep
Well not literally, a restful sleep of seven to eight hours is extremely important for the eyes, as it greatly relaxes face muscles. Moreover, skin cells tend to regenerate twice as fast when you are sleeping. For best results, it is imperative to have a regular sleep cycle.
